A three week mini-course on beautiful improv all about humans being human.
This three week mini-course is all about relationship-based improv scenework – where the story is the people.
By paying close attention to our scene partners we’ll create scenes that are full of emotional connection and psychological depth.
We’ll be working on finding agreement on activity, location, emotion and relationship – and discovering what’s true, why it’s true, and what else might be true about the characters.
These scenes often create belly laughter as the close contact between the characters is hugely compelling. They also create moments where the characters humanity outshines their flaws.
This mini-course is designed for people with a bit of improv experience under their belt – like a beginner’s course, or other experience of improv and acting without a script.
