Leading Here & Now

Learn ways of leading more effectively and flexibly in times of uncertainty.

Explore an approach to leadership based on staying present and connected moment-by-moment.

The best leaders feel like they are really with you in the moment. This can look easy and effortless, but it takes practice.

There’s a radical way to develop this practice, and it starts by reframing and reclaiming the ability to improvise. More than an art form, the ability to improvise is:

– an dynamic craft for staying present, connected and engaged
– a creative process and skillset for navigating times of uncertainty
– a courageous and mindful way of embracing what’s happening now

It’s something everyone (re)discover and (re)learn to bring more social, emotional, embodied and creative intelligence into everyday life and work. And with all the different challenges calling for our attention now, this approach lets you apply yourself to what’s possible right here, right now.

Experiential learning

It won’t surprise you to learn that this training programme is interactive and experiential. We learn best and most through our personal experiences, and that’s what Leading Here & Now is all about. We will explore some deceptively simple practices, moving through cycles of being and doing, action and reflection.

Our style is playful and creative as over-seriousness can be a barrier to learning. When there’s lightness and laughter in the room you can be sure people are paying attention, remembering, learning.
