Improv-at-work

Improv tools to help you elevate your communication and leadership.

This is a chance to experience — live and first-hand — how improv can unlock stronger leadership, sharper communication, and more connected teams.

Through playful, practical activities you’ll discover how improv works as a catalyst for growth in the workplace. It’s the same approach I use with leaders and organisations — offered here in an open session so you can explore it for yourself.

What you’ll take away:

  • 😎 Greater confidence to speak and think on your feet

  • 🌟 Practical ways to show up with authentic leadership presence

  • 👂 A deeper sense of how to listen and respond with empathy

  • 💪🏾 Tools to build influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  • 🔥 A mindset shift: turning mistakes and uncertainty into fuel for growth

This is not a lecture, not theory, and definitely not a snoozefest!

You’ll be up, engaged, and taking part in the kinds of exercises that invite people to step into change, and experiment with new behaviours.
